FIFTEEN
Every September, a new group of young people start work�ng at F�fteen. It �s the restaurant of
Jam�e Ol�ver, who �s a famous chef. When they start, they don’t know anyth�ng about a
restaurant job, but that w�ll change soon. For 12 months, the student chefs study cook�ng at
school and get tra�n�ng at the restaurant. They learn how to use k�tchen tools and how to
create the�r own rec�pes. The students also learn what to do when they have problems w�th
d�ff�cult customers. At the end of the the programme, each of them becomes a successful
chef.
