YOGHURT SOUP
Jack likes yoghurt soup so much so her mother always makes this healthy soup for her son. She thinks everybody can
make it because it’s easy to do. Here is the way of making it.
Firstly rinse three tablespoons of rice and put them in a pot. Then, crack an egg, add a tablespoon of flour, two
teaspoons of salt, a glass of yoghurt and mix them. Next, pour four glasses of cold water and stir the mixture well. After
that, put it on the oven and stir continuously until the mixture boils. After the mixture boils, melt some butter in a
saucepan and add it into the soup. Finally, turn off the oven, add some dry mint and let it cool down for ten minutes.
Your soup is ready to serve. Enjoy it.
