contact centre of Ministry of Health across Turkey.
These days people must stay at home because of Covid-19
disease around the world and 184 is a very busy line.
Call Center Operator: Good evening! Operator Pelin speaking.
Mrs. Serin: I need your help. Unfortunately I don’t feel well.
Call Center Operator: Calm down, please. Now, answer my
questions. Firstly, what is your name?
Mrs. Serin: Ayşe Serin.
Call Center Operator: How did you notice that you don’t feel
well? How old are you?
Mrs. Serin: I have a high fever and I cough a lot. I am 69
